The idea will really be the main part of the short film. Adam Philips is an artistic genius but he may not even come close just due to the "idea" aspect.
Also just as a last note, whoever DOES want to create a short animated film, that would mean the animation has to be in between around 30 to max 40 minutes in length.
I met the Walrus was 5 minutes, including titles and credits. The main problem with getting the Flash document into a nomination would be that you have to put it on film.
An Oscar nomination for a Flash Movie would be incredible, and possibly move the digital age farther along in the film world. That would be great!
