Obviously there a lot of misinformed opinions about the Mac being thrown around here, so I'll just say this.

I own a Mac, and I will always own a Mac.

It is worth the extra money to me, and I think Apple programers are geniuses.

Every friend I have is a non-stuck up PC user who have used PCs their entire life, and they ALL wish they had a Mac.

The way I see it, any reasonably intelligent person who doesn't have a vendetta against Macs will see that they are a better, smarter computer.

I don't care if some people on here think Macs are worse, because I know that some people are right and some people are wrong.

I'm fine if you use a PC, but anybody who says that Macs suck have clearly never operated one or had a dislike of them in the first place.

Perhaps it's because people have been so used to using Windows all their lives that they just don't want to find time to adjust to a new computer system. So they bash Apple fans when the opportunity presents itself.

my high school is just filled with mac computers, and they all crash daily... i mean in my intro to word class they have already removed 5 this year because they all pretty much broke. and then another 10 from the library. they seem to be a waste of money.

the mac is only good b/c it's shiny and white and has a 'modern' interface...

and apple has the best advertising... i bet everyone in America knows the mac or iphone music.

macs and PCs are both good computers, they just work well for different things
if you are considering getting a computer, get the one that works best for what you plan to youse it for. neither one is inherently better, it is all a mater of perspective.

I don't think Macs suck. I just feel that they are too expensive for me. I'm not willing to dish out that much money for a computer. I have used a Mac before though, and it was really nice to use.

I have a Mac because my parents bought the Mac, so that's what I use.
Personally, I want an Alienware Laptop, but those cost several thousands of dollars that I don't have.
I think it's a good idea to get a Mac, and then buy the PC software.
