try to draw it at a 3/4 view not a strait out view from the side. I'm not sure if this makes sense so here.

At least you're putting some effort in, and not just spamming MS paint at us. :P

About the best advice I could give you is to look at photographs of real arms, and get an idea of how the muscle-tone and so on actually look. Then you'll be able to draw arms easy.

Just imagine I wrote something witty and funny here....
