Remember, May 1 is the deadline.

As much as I hate to say it, considering our team is almost done.. to be considerate to the others, we should allow some debate on at least extending the deadline to the middle of may.

Especially considering the fact that our team is pretty much all that is pushing for the may 1st deadline.

While I do feel that consideration has to be taken into account, 2 months is stretching it. Even if we went a week per collaborator, this is the 10th week. Stagnating progress was a pain in the ass for all of us, and was definitely not fun for the first guys, who, motivated by the momentum of the initial excitement, finished their parts relatively quickly.

Awesome and Bitchtones are on track. I haven't gotten an exact count from BT, but Awesome only has two parts to go. If only one team is finished, then the deadline obviously has to be moved. But if two?

You move the deadline past May 1, you're buying a ticket straight into July. For education on all levels, it's finals time in the month of May. Those who work, work as always. But the students work harder during this season. I don't know the ages of the remaining collaborators, but the NG community is relatively young, which gives me the impression that moving the deadline past May 1 is asking for a quarter-of-a-year project.

But yes, if two teams still remain incomplete by May 1, by all means, move the deadline. If you guys want to move it back anyway, do so. I just hope the next CTSG moves along faster.

Well, it is the first multi-team CTSG..

Considering the fact that we have over 20 musicians working in sequence amongst three teams to add on to a song.. and all of the work is done over the internet, through separate programs, from people all around the world...

2 or 3 months doesn't seem all that bad.

And really, not all of us are that young.. hell I'd wager that probably half of our participants are over 18 with at least a few in their 20s.

I just don't see why we should rush it. Even if two teams are done by the deadline, we should at least allow a little leeway for the others. If anything, it allows the finished teams a bit of time to tweak and polish their tunes.

My team is forgetful, as am I.
I've made pushes since the deadline was made, but I'm waiting on F-o-D's vocal track, and I think that everyone else is ready to do their parts. We probably will miss the deadline of May 1, but hopefully not by much.

No worries about the deadline, guys. It's not like this is a life-or-death situation - as long as we're all having fun and all that. :)

I repeated the intro and cut off the ending which didnt mix at all because you'd just faded out the volume. and so i've made a quick outro which i might work on some more

seriously man you might aswell finish it when you've come this far with it, besides when we are all finished it'll be kool to see the other teams tracks, but will there be a CTSG 4 or not ?
