First, you need to learn how to write correctly.
Second, you have to stop asking how to build a "comeputer". If you don't know how, get somebody to do it for you.

Keep taking apart and rebuilding a computer you already have until you have enough parts left over to make a new one.

It's a forum, it's not against the rules to ask questions and discuss them, dick.

No, no your not.
You'll need (make sure their compatible):
Hard Disk (I recommend 100 gig+)
Mother (Logic) Board
I/O's (Keyboard, mouse, monitor, USB / printer ports, speakers, speaker ports, etc)
SDRAM
Disk Drive (DVD, CD, etc.)
I think that's it.
Get shopping, this is usually more expensive then a store - bought model.

Unfortunately it takes several posts and pages to tell you what works with what and what to look out for in each part, but there are plenty of magazines that teach people how to build computers.
Try your local newsagent and if that doesn't work search the net. Here is a site that can help you.

It's not really cheeper anymore to do it but it lasts longer if you do it on your own. I'd love to sit here and tell you how to do it but it's a long process. Not that hard to do though, just talk to a guy at Fry's or something.
Assuming you have a moderate knowledge of electronics.

Dear god, if he passes for a smart 13 year old, I'm about to commit suicide, because humanity is destined to fail. Hard.

Still is cheaper, except for this one model on sale, best deal for something with a Q6600, 8800GT, 22" monitor (Not the crappy TN panel), for 1100.
