Cancer is a cell in your body that splits over and over and wont stop splitting. The cells it splits into are the same. Soon they form a tumor. And it spreads and keeps splitting and eventually kills you. The reason there is no cure is because it's your cell. Your body doesn't fight it because it's your cell. There is no difference between a non-cancerous and a cancerous cell. That is why they can't cure it. :)
