They see nothing. Not even nothing.
It's kinda like the void which is nothing. Actually it's even less than nothing.

Well, if you were to close your eyes for a long time you may see swirling colours. But that's our imagination at work.

If they are blind from birth then they dont see absolutly nothing (pretty obvious) because they dont have any photographic memory...

I thought this too, I think it's impossible to tell if you're not blind yourself

Vision is just what we see converted to brain signals. For someone who's been blind from birth, their brain wouldn't create any kind of a visual image, not even just blackness.

I think you answered your own question when you said "they don't see anything."
