I has like 2 miles to walk from where the coach stops so ill get there super early, have you got the times?

Okay so we have a huge waitlist on people trying to stay at the flat. This meet is turned into a gigantic uncontrollable monster and i need to start getting control of the situation.

So in an attempt to filter out the amount of people staying with me, im putting a 20quid a night fare. and 10q if you are not picky about sleeping on a bed. i figure i can house 8 people comfortably.

So yeah i thought id mention this with time in advance. Drop me a PM if you are staying with me and what days your staying ... as much as i want to let everyone stay for free again, i think this is the most fair way to do it. I dont want a situation where i've promised so many people they can stay and then have like 20 people angry.

Thoughts/concerns let me know..

Like I suggested, going to see Spamalot on Monday (tickets are cheaper) would be really cool!
Besides that, any museum or things like that would also be cool :)

seeing spamalot on monday would be cool. i was thinking a gig or something in camden on friday... dunno whats going on obviously but doing something out about the town would be cool.

That's a good idea (apart from the shorts!), but it means I'm gonna have to buy a new NG shirt. ;)

Also, with the meet little over a month away I'm now officially super excited! Hopefully next week when everyone's back from ComicCon we can get some concrete times and places sorted.

as long as it doesnt become a shirts vs skins thing... nothin worse than having my world class bolivian beer belly running around in public shirtless. Save that shit for when im drunk or something.

Ok so august is upon us. Time to start diving into the finer points of this thing.

I currently have these people as ones staying with me, looks like itll be a full house on all days, with an even fuller house on fri and saturday. wasnt exactly what i intended but ill just live with it if thats the case.

If people dont need to stay on thursday then dont, people will be coming in via busing/train/air/boat(?) etc and it will pretty much be a hectic day. I'd like to account for as few people as possible. I know last year there was like people who got stuck waiting at the flat while we were out to dinner because they ran late or their flight got delayed or whatever.. those things do happen and i understand that but if you are someone who doesnt really need to come in on thursday or youre not really coming from far away then id prefer it if you didnt stay at the flat on thurs. (of course you can come out and hang out on thursday) until we are settled in and i account for those that ARE coming in from far away.

what exactly is far? well I've been thinking of having a food chain of sorts as to the level of preference. So priority goes as follows:

1- You are coming from outside of europe
2- You are coming from outside england
3- You are flying in
4- You are on the outskirts of england and are on a long bus/train ride
5- Locals to the area

Go ahead and let me know what day you are coming in via PM, i know ive asked for that before but this time im actually going to punch it into my roster. If you have your actual itinerary that also might be worth mentioning.. although its optional.

I have these people below as ones definately coming in on thursday with what number they correspond to on priority. I also dont expect the flat to be available until after 5pm on thursday, so if you have a rediculously early arrival to london then youll have to find something to do for a few hours :)

My bus ride is about 5/6 hours I think, well, I dunno what I'm doing yet, probably get the bus as it's pretty cheap and come down Friday, but If I do miss anybody or you'll out having some sort of big gay orgy, or Luis is taking advantage I'll just wander around London avoiding black people.

Actually that's a point, all I know is that I'm coming, hahah, gotta save up some money (anybody want web hosting?) so I can afford it.
