You need to work on the shading, it looks really flat. Decide where the light source is located and stick to that, and use some more shades too.
The linework isn't very good either, work on trying to get it smoother. And the ears are too small and misplaced.

the stiffler one is the best since it appears to have some stylish qualities, still needs more details even for cartoon. Like shading for one.
