Aren't those two phrases totally contradictory?
Anyway, my input - Because you "don't care" about negative input, and you're urging people to give you an input of some sort, I think that you're just trying to fish for compliments.
That put aside....
You need to spend more than a few seconds on your art. I mean, seriously.... If you can't be bothered to put the time in, how can you expect people to be bothered enough to write you a comment?
Just imagine I wrote something witty and funny here....
