It depends.
If I excel, and could probably pass medicine fairly easily, then I'll do that. If not, even if I can become a doctor, I'll become a dentist. From dentist I'll go into pedontics.
If doctor, I'll go into surgery, cosmetic surgery, reconstructive cosmetic surgery. Then I'll be dealing with big things. Like fixing crooked bones from accidents, nose jobs, etc. I might also get called in to do the occasional basic surgery.
Dentistry, I'll do the basic course first. That means I'll do your regular adults going in for their checkup. Pedontics means I'll specialise with kids too. No, I'm not a pedo. There's just a lot of money to be made on the market of the overprotective mother with four children. Who comes in every 6 months. Who gives her kids lollies, soft drink, and no tooth brushing.
