Sounds like your uncertain lol. However, YES, you can still deposit for fact. If you don't, (you in a generic sense), someone will pass you after a while.

As for voting power, there probably is a max for that. Assuming you got highest rank in b/p and highest voting bases. Of course, this is the assumption more levels aren't added after someone gets close to 60. So wait and see :0

To be honest, it's completely redundant to ask a question concerning something that hasn't yet happened. We can logically assume that a level 60 user will be able to continue depositing their Experience, but as to the voting power, it's really anybody's guess. We're not clairvoyant - you'll have to ask Tom if you really want to know, but in all fairness I doubt he'd tell you.

As far as I'm aware, the Level 60 will remain at a set experience value, while the Voting power will stop climbing when you reach Level 60.

Whether or not there can be 1 or more users with a perfect Voting Power remains to be seen.

You probably won't continue to gain voting power, there used to be a cap of 10 voting power for level 30.

Although, we're not at level 60 yet, so we don't know for sure... we can only assume.

Actually, I remember BlueHippo posted a PM he received from Tom insinuating that there might be further levels after level 60, although the actual icon may (or may not) change, but rather the EXP gap between levels would simply increase exponentially, making it a much lengthier and more difficult process to level up.

No it´s not. The current #1 exp user Pimp only needs two more years or so to get there and several other users are pretty close too.

At a total of 10 points per day, it's only about 10.5 year of constant daily depositing. That means I'm down to about 6.8 more years before Level 60 :P

Ehhh Pimp's voting power is actually pretty weak... even if he was maxed out at 16 VP (that's what the old max was) that wouldn't be enough to keep the submissions he voted on in the top 5, especially because top 50 entries have TONS of votes... he will barely dent them :P

More levels doesn't mean more VP, they could just spread out the levels within the same base VP range or something.

Not to play Duke's advocate, but perhaps he meant the amount needed for level 60 will go up by 10 every time Pimp as a level 60 deposits. That WOULD, after all, be exactly the same as the level 30 system.

That is the way it worked with level 30, yes. Pimp was stuck at 10 base VP.

Frankly, guys, until I see it with my own eyes, I pretty much assume the new NG works the same way as the old NG does. Meaning, I assume that once Pimp hits level 60, level 60 will be just like level 30 was on NG, and Pimp's exp deposits will push it (and all the levels down to a certain static level) up every day, and the VP will scale as well, and things will be much the same as they once were... only with a gentler chock-full-o-levels curve and all.

I actually think it's far more engrossing a system in the long run to scale... that it is to stand still.

See: the exp system is keeping me far more interested than the b/p system has in years. Too easy to get to EGSC. Soooo nice and hard to get anywhere NEAR level 30/60.

You should be able to because there can only be 1 level 60 at a time and lets say pimp is level 60 and bomb is 1 day to level 60 it means they both have to be level 60

So I think you should still be able to deposit more experience.
