In the house I have Windows / Unix / Solaris.
I mainly use XP though.
In the lab we have a choice of whatever since they run most of it on VM Ware now.
Also I get to download everything for free from MSDN.
So I have Visual studio 2003/5/8 for IDES.
But for OSes Ive downloaded 2000 (pro, advanced & server) / Server 2003 R2 / Vista business. SQL Server 2005 ( Developer Edition, Express Ed ) And I also got XP Embedded edition just for the hell of it.
All of which are now mine / legal to own / legal to use / They even gave me serial numbers when needed.
All of which will never be uploaded and pirated because they are all unique copies. Just for me.
Im oh so special :D

Currently Leopard, and Vista a little (mainly for testing shit in IE). Before that, Tiger for a year and before that XP for many years. Right now I'm an Apple fag but I plan on trying Ubuntu if I can ever fucking download it without my connection shitting out. If that's good I might build another PC and switch to it.

Why switch from a good thing? I don't see anything wrong with OS X. I don't see why more people don't use Macs... especially the web designers

Simple. Macs are just too expensive when you look at the power of the hardware. I was looking at Mac notebooks a few weeks ago, and they were charging over $1,000 for a notebook with just 1 gig of ram (couldn't tell if it was DDR2 or DDR3). You can find decent notebooks with triple the ram for that money, and the difference between Vista's resource usage and OSX's isn't going to make up for that difference in hardware. The only thing that really makes Macs worthwhile is the OS, but once you figure out what a similarly specked Windows system will cost, you will find you are really just paying an exorbitant amount of money for an OS on a locked down platform.
