One would hope, but I know from experience that you'll still be able to delete a lot of important files in that directory. Deleting any of them can lead to really bad OS performance and crashes.

It always seems that the people who try the hardest to be cool end up being the biggest dicks and therefor not cool.

ah nice story althouh there's one key flaw in your plan.
since he destroyed his system32 files his co mputer is now shutdow n completely so it is no longer conected to the internet, thus there is no way for anyone to access his computer over the internet, because it now has the technilogical capabilities of a brick. therefore it cannot run anything and cannot be fixed, the hard drive is now corrupted and cannot be fixed. the only way to fix it would be to physically go to the computer, remove the harddrive, and insert a brand new one.
