1. Download brush set from deviant art.
2. Import to Photoshop
3. Stamp the newly downloaded brushes haphazardly, in a way that seems "Artsy"
4. Make a few hue adjustments.
5. Save as .jpg.
6. Post to Newgrounds BBS.

Time taken: 15 minutes.

D'oh! Photoshop is a raster program. Vector isn't just a style, it's a type of graphic that you can scale without distorting.

And Bolo is right, this seems like a bunch of brushes, but looking closer there's a message of sorts.

Yeah, it looks like mostly brushes.

However, the results looks pretty good and the design is quite nice.
