I suck @ Music

I tried to play my Guitar today and I can't even play it 50% as I used play it... My fingers 'shake' more than the used to shake last year and the worst is that I can't even sing now... My voice sounds awful! What the hell...

Am I getting old or what?

You'll get it back. You just fell out of the loop. Practice makes perfect and you know you could get back up to speed if you did it more often.

Diets are hard on the system for a while, poor fella.
If you've not sung for a while, you could simply be out of practice and will soon get back into it. Shaking is often a sign of low blood sugar, so go eat a banana or something to give yourself a boost and try again :)

Anyway, maybe you just need to practice and get back into it since you haven't played for awhile. That would be my guess. Or maybe you did just genuinely lose talent somehow, but the former is probably more likely.

I'm pretty sure your music teachers have told you this, but you need to practice consistently, everyday, which is most likely the problem. I know practicing is not the most exciting thing in the world, especially when you're a beginner, but practice is why Jimi Hendrix is a guitar god, and why Neil Peart is a crazy ass drummer. These guys literally devoted every free second of their lives to practicing. Hendrix literally fell asleep with his guitar on top of him very frequently when he was a kid.

You could learn something from him.
