In fact, there is nothing to support a relation to knuckle-cracking and arthritis.
You can look it up yourself, if you'd like.

Only thing that could possibly happen is you can dislocate the body part you are attempting to "crack" if done incorrectly, or too hard. It's just air in the ligaments, I believe.
