The concept is it's hitler and it's mechanical. I wanted to do something that I could add some craz gameplay elements with.
So review the animtion/design.

second one is a definate improvement, the animation is nace an smooth. not relly many obvious things that are wrong with it :D

i agree, it looks really good! i think the second one is fine though, if you shade too much, it can wreck an animation.

Looks really cool. By what they mean by shiny is that since he is metallic white light should reflect off of his metal exterior. So put in some small white highlight lines on the more curvy parts of his abdomen.

Also, since you want some game play elements, try also making another animation of him jump, sprinting, ducking, shooting, etc.

I'm no artist. I'm a talentless hack who loves to doodle/animate from time to time.

Oh yeah I am doing- What I meant by that was: If you had him as a big conventional humanoid robot, then there's not alot of flexibility there. He's slow and predictable and not very fun to fight. I made him a spider-type-thing though, so he can climb up walls n shit.

Also, the metal isn't that glossy, so the highlights wouldn't be totally white.

There are a couple options for you:

Hitler could be the hero in your game, or alternatively the bad guy. You could make a flash animation or game that offends veterans, by rewriting what happened in WW2, e.i. there is an army of Nazi-bots and your the only soldier (Master Chief)left that has to take them out. There are lots of ideas you could do. So to answer your question, you could improve this animation by making it into a full-length animation or a game.

Can I improve this animation?
