Heath Ledger died of an accidental overdose of painkillers, sleeping pills, anti-anxiety medication and other prescription drugs
Was it really accidental? The guy had a personal pharmacy in him.

Later reports said that he accidentally suffocated himself via pillow. He was laying face down and the medication probably kept him from waking up in shock.
