Well, it's looking pretty damn nice, and you have amazing coloring skills, but there's still something wrong with her hands. I recommend taking a picture of your own hands in that position and tracing over them, or just using them as ref if you're not into that. That way, they're right no matter what.
I'm still thinking that the hand guard on the sword is too flat, there should be some lighting on it so it doesn't look so two-dimensional.
Now, about her breasts. They need a tiny bit of work. The way you have them makes them look like they're attached to the body all the way down, and not hanging or anything at all. I'll try to make a correction or whatever, see the picture below.
And, I'd again like to point out that the coloring on this piece is fucking beautiful. You should be proud of yourself.
