I really only like the face, the body has little detail, also the feet and hands look weird, keep practicing.

Those hands are seriously horrifying. It looks like you have some basic idea of how anatomy works though, so yeah, keep practicing.

I'll be perfectly honest.... This looks like a really rushed piece of art.
Spend more time on it.

Also, you should look up some tutorials on human anatomy and proportion...

But keep at it, and keep practicing. So long as you try hard, you'll improve.
