Seriously? The torture scene in Metal Gear Solid 3 where Snake is being brutally beaten and electrocuted by Volgin while he is hanging from his hands.

I hate just about every torture scene. I'm going to say the worst were from any Saw movie, or from Hostel.

Worst torture I have every seen was when my friend pissed off his girlfriend and she grabbed him by the nuts and both twisted and pulled them.
My friend has the video somewhere, I gotta find it and get it on youtube...

Oh man I also just remembered these scenes.

The one in Men Behind the Sun where the Japs shove that Chinaman into a room and mess with the air pressure so much that the guys intestines blast out of his barnhole.

Another one from that same film. Well this scene looks kind of cheesy but the idea behind it gets me every time. They freeze these women's arms for hours and hours, then take them inside and defrost their arms quickly, and then because the skin is so soft, they shred all the flesh and muscle off the women's arms. Horrible.

And the part in Black Sun: The Nanking Massacre where a Jap bayonets a pregnant women and rips her baby out. Not the best special effects ever but still pretty haunting.

I saw this one where they trapped a girl in a room of metal. It had little vents on it and she was nude (I know I got a hard on too). Then the guy on the outside pressed a button and you started to notice sparks and her hair was rising in the air and she was getting shocked and shit.

Another one was they beat up two Italian guys on a bridge and told them to take off their pants and tie a rope around their dick. Then the guys who jumped them attached a cinderblock to the other end of the rope. Then they tossed the cinderblock over the bridge and the guys screamed really loud. Then the other guys were laughing because they made the rope too long.
