Ok i have a question on this approval thingy,

Can the song that i submitted get banned and will not enter the audio Portal?

If your song breaks the rules, then yes, you will get an audio ban. And it won't enter the portal.

They're on the audio submit page. If you've submitted anything, you should have read them already.

Please Note:

When you submit your audio, please be aware:

* You are making the legal claim that it is your own original work.
* Loops you made from existing copyrighted songs are not your own original work.
* If your submission is not your own original work, you will be placed on a rejection list and held responsible for any repercussions.
* You will remain the owner and credited author of the submission.
* If this is your first time contributing to the Audio Portal, you will have to be approved before your submissions are made available publicly (it's a quick process).

Copy-pasting a few loops together DUPLO-style is not your own doing, and therefore you're banned.

Thought i wanted to give you people who didnt knew what duplos is an illustration (note: duplo might be good, but here it is BAD mkay?).. Here we go:

its not forbidden to use pre-made loops, but if its obvious that very little effort is being put into the audio = ban. Of course original material is prefered, point is just that when you as an audio mod have heard the same garageband-loops being used more or less one loop at a time in a "song", and people keep doing it, well, obviously the most important thing is HOW you've assembled the loops. Anyone can throw four loops together without altering them the slightest, and that is just not "original" work. But like I said, it is not forbidden to use pre-made loops (as long as you have legal rights to use them, that is).

These kind of songs are very difficult to judge, but the ones that do get banned for this, it's very obvious that it's just a few basic loops thrown together.
