Hai , I've been working on a short animation for a college class, and was just wondering if someone could give me feedback and CnC

Sidenote: Ignore the cheery music , there for refrence, any glitches you see point them out please =]

Sidenote 2 : The filesize is made a little bigger on imageshack , so the white marks you see around the stage aren't there on the swf

Sidenote3: It's not done =] it's like 2 hours work.

When you use a fade transition, it gives the notion that time has passed. Unless this was intentional and you meant for the guy to be shaking the pole for like 5 hours, then its good. But it doesn't make sence otherwise. Other then that, its ok.

The animation itself isn't too great. It's tweeny and the timings are highly bland and not really in coherence with your typical animation principals.

However, the pacing and stagings were pretty nice. The art wasn't spectacular, but it was simple and kinda cute and it definitely suited the prupose.

Over all I'd say I liked it despite it's shortcomings.

Thanks for all the feedback, The original idea behind this was for a kids tv show so im glad the "Cuteness" came across. That's also why the art isn't highly detailed as it just wouldn't fit in otherwise.

I'll keep working on it and give you an update in the next day or 2...cheers.

excellent animation in my opinion, just needs something to happen but graphicaly id give you a 4/5 maybe 4 1/2
other than that, the kids trying to get his basketball, who cant relate to that.

Pretty good, just one thing.

The birds in the background. Just tween them to be moving towards/away and then it's done!

Yeah i was way ahead of you :P, annoying fact though , because of the mac/windows compatability + the fact our college computers ARE SHIT, my work i did @ College was lost, so i'll try re-do everything i did and update for the LAST time (So not to ruin the debut =P) in a day or 2
