I'd say a little higher, Varies on person to person (Obviously) , but i'd still say a touch up :P

The ears would be fine if the eyes were in the right place to begin with. if you look in a mirror you'll see that your eyes are half way down your face. In other words, your eyes should be on the same level the point of your nose is at the moment.
