I think that if you just give me a chance you'll see this as a good decision by the admins. Trust me on this one.

You said that over 9000 times every time you got banned and never changed a bit.

Look at your newest pieces. I gave honest scores on them and I was as nice as can be. Look at my art thread. So far, I feel like I am handling things very well. Maybe a week from now you'll come to respect me, even if by a little bit, but who knows? Anything could happen really.

Don't brown-nose me kid, that won't get you any respect spamming me with high scores attempting to get on one's good side.
(That's just pitiful)

Maybe a week from now you'll come to respect me

LOL don't even get your hopes up...

Like I said. Anything could happen. My point still stands. As of right now, in the past week, I have shown you no disrespect. Therefore, I shalt expect the same out of you, and we will have no trouble, yes? Don't give each other trouble, and there will be no trouble.

mmmmmNOPE.
You can be friends with my block list though. lol
As I said before, don't get your hopes up.

PS: you couldn't show anyone disrespect because you were banned (your point is moot)

So where do y'all prefer to look for some motherfucking inspiration?

Just saying this because of something that Flowers said, how he much prefers to look at pictures of nature and whatnot, whereas I prefer to look at the works of other artists, cghub and the like. And I know a few of the posts in the artistic inspiration thread have been of massive projects and whatnot.

This isn't a heads up for individual sources and whatnot, just a sort of general idea of where you'd personally look to when you're short on whatever hit it is you need.

Also, how much horse-mask sex is too much? This is a trick question.

Music. All day. Whatever enhances the mood and motivates me. Music is my drive to create.

Music is a huge inspiration to me. Materials- I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting ways of working that might gel well with others. Nature in all its messy, biological glory. Other artists are inspirational I guess, but only in the grand scheme of things- I imagine I'm echoing more an amalgam of every artist I've ever liked rather any particular ones. Myths, folk tales. History. Dick jokes. Bad puns.

Most recently, motion and gesture intrigues me, so I've been studying dancers.

Also, how much horse-mask sex is too much? This is a trick question.

I'll have to find a mask, try it and get back to you.

Films seem to be the thing that inspires me the most these days. I see a good film and I think "fuck, now I remember why I make art."

It's a little interesting that films inspire me to make things (that aren't films) more than things from whatever medium I'm using, I guess.

I agree with Dark, music is a huge inspiration for me as well.
I usually listen to some of NemesisTheory's music whenever I'm in a rut.

Definitely music for me, and it could be completely random. Even genre that I don't listen to; if it gets the gears turning it's fine.

Even though I haven't posted or done any art in a while, I get my inspiration from the world around me, through the things I see and interact with. Whether it be people, or music, or movies/television, just about anything can have the ability to provide that simple little spark that is needed to ignite the imagination.

Hm. I guess my life and personal experiences inspire me the most. I love music and movies, but nothing really gets me thinking more than whatever is actually happening in my life at the time, good or bad.

And in a way, I guess my drawings kind of inspire themselves too. I have this insatiable need to create a back story for everything, so one idea I'm working on that's sort of lame and uninspired usually ends up to me having 2 or 3 others ideas that I scribble out in a journal for later. If only I had time for that journal...

Wow...You know, it's comments like these that set me off. I am asking for help in my thread, I am being kind and courteous, and I am trying my damndest to keep my ego in check, so saying shit like this is really starting to piss me off. I AM TRYING; and I do mean REALLY TRYING to keep my ego in check. I have been nothing but gracious towards you people, but you keep interpreting it wrong. For God's sake, I took a review by Amaranthus which was 2/5 stars, by the way, and thanked him for his feedback. I am also continuously asking for advice, I have made changes to my latest drawing, based on what is being said, and I am keeping my defenses to a fucking MINIMUM. If that's not proof enough that I am at least TRYING to change, then what WILL be?
