Been grilling 3 times this past week, but there really is nothing that beats grilling in the early evening sun, with a bear in your hand.

What kind of Grill apron do you guys use? I got one that says "What are you reading this for? GO GET ME A BEER!" it actually works.

Screw aprons, I find them tedious and they make you get too stuffy. I only need three things when I grill/barbecue: A barbecue spatula, tongs, and olive oil.

i grill half nude and i dont use fancy schmancy sauces. i like to taste the history of my meats. which is convenient because dad usually drops them when he grills....

Half nude could imply top half nude. Basically grilling in just pants, then you dont have to worry about burning your wang.

Also, I make my own sauces bitches. I have a very special mix that I always use for ribs. I combine ketchup, garlic, honey, molasses and tobasco sauce. Once I added mustard to give it a bit of tang.

As far as sauces go...I don't rub anything on the meat once they're on the grill. I let the marinate and spices do the work. As long as the fat is still there, you don't need to rub anything. I do use some barbecue sauce though. Just doesn't taste the same way without it.

I got too impatient with the meat and decided to eat one of the thighs. Wasn't done, but I was hungry as hell. They're all finished now and taste fantastic

Whenever I put barbecue sauce on anything (A1, in particular), it drowns out the taste of the meat. Sort of like ketchup with fries. It can be good, but you might as well just eat the sauce.

Tuna. At Outback Steakhouse they have this tuna that's raw on the inside but it's been basically charred on the outside, so it's like crispy-chewy. It tastes like fish fluff.

Smoked (well salted, as well) salmon. Enough said.
Or new potatoes, a little bit of butter on top of them, and some freshly barbecued ribs.
