I completely understand the sentiment. I do. I get pissed at this same brand of perceived injustice all the time. Like when I heard some kid say how 'lame it was that Micheal Jackson covered that Alien Ant Farm song'. But I don't think the fault lies with the artists. Again Mark had to have given permission. The fault has to lie with the audience. We should expect them to be more savvy and informed about the things they love.

Youtube videos of Bob Dylan performing "To make you feel my love" sprouted a stream of comments after adele covered that song. They were all in the lines of "This guy is never gonna make it big with a voice like that, the original from adele is way better"

I tried to find it so I could properly quote it; but by now a youtube search on "make you feel my love bob dylan" yields 4 first pages of non-bob dylan versions of the song.

I think I offered too. I think alot of people come to Newgrounds submit their art then maybe check it one or 2 days after then just forget or leave because they haven't been scouted yet or don't know that you have to be scouted before you get any real reviews or anything.

I admit that I really wasn't feeling well and snapped on the guy, but come on, he was asking for it. But this, this is just sad on his end, funny on the mods end. :( although he has already deleted my one comment and banned me from his profile.... too bad, I can't ridicule him any more....
