There was a time not to long ago that I used to watch 1 movie at least, every night, for about 5 years...

Yeah that's been more or less my schedule for awhile now to. Between InstantWatch on Netflix and the glory of Family Video I have no sign of stopping.

god I love Family Video

Don't worry, I usually stop being pissed after 2 minutes.

There was one time though, last year spring-ish when one of the groupmembers of the then current project, which failed miserably, decided to put all the blame of it going south on us.
While she carried the most responsibility of us all as she was the project lead and was responsible for all the documents being... shit.
Oh, and she decided to tell us this during our assessment, in front of all the teachers, by breaking up in tears and putting on a show.

Now I know I should've paid closer attention to her, but then I was incredibly close to breaking her face had she stayed for more than five minutes.

So... yeah, anyone else prone to getting his Angryfaic on?

Damn,
you know it's going to be a bad couple days when you watch the sun rise in the morning and it's not quite as bright as it used to be. The world is less vibrant, and sounds are muffled.
I got a really bad feeling for the next few days, but the question truly is, would I still have this knot in my stomach if I didn't already know what was going to happen...

Well it appears that the Edit Button was a lie (just like the cake).
Instead they've created two new forums, Writing and Collaboration.

A cruel joke indeed....
So...I guess that all art collabs go to their own forum now? I wonder where that leaves the many projects we have running here at the moment....
Also, I couldn't help but notice that none of the new sub-forums have a special set of rules yet.

I'm going to have to think what to do with my Freeware Art Program Review thread now...it's mostly writing afterall...

I think the collaboration forum is more for Flash Collabs, as oppose to Art Collabs.
Personally, I would hope that's the case, as it seems more useful and beneficial to keep Art Collabs in the Art Forum.

Im guessing that all the ones in progress stay here, and all new ones go away to the other forums

It's mostly writing, but it still pertains to art though, so it should probably stay here.
The writing forum is probably more for like people who want to share stories and write essays and such.

the collabs in that forum would probably have art or flash before the title, i may do an experiment of making a collaborate with me thread there, as in i post lineart and they colour or the other way round

I think this should be interpreted as: collabs that focus only on art can remain in the art forum... collabs that combine the various disciplines go to the collab forum.

I agree with that call. It seems to be most organized. Also, I for one don't really venture outside of the art forum, mainly due to the lack of necessity and disgust with General. Now if the art collabs were to be posted in the collaboration forum, then I would be unaware of them and I'd be sad :(

I like the idea though!

Hell, there'll never be an edit button. Not for lack of convenience, but so that when somebody says something stupid it's a permanent black mark.

The forums would lose all humour if somebody could just blip out their mistakes or stupidity.

I have nothing to say that is at all relevant.

I think some of the new forums they added will seriously reduce the number of "ah need a artsit for mah game, Il put ya in the credits that no one looks at"

or maybe it wont

the collab forum is now just turning into a glorified request thread, they cant tell the difference between asking for something and collaborating

Yeah, that's what worried me when it seemed they were adding an edit button.
It would cause trolling to get out of control.
Thank god they didn't.

No. Alot of the people who request here dont have brains. They think that there are people brimming with excitement for the next guy to help them so the artist or musician can get there name ou there, but in turn, most of us arent

I would think any decent artist wouldn't need some 12 year old's idea for an rpg game to get known.

I'd do it, if I liked the guy and the game was possible.

Which, of course, isn't possible since no 12 year old asking for help would have the programming know-how.

I mean, I'd be happy being able to just look at something and know somebody actually wanted it done.

I have nothing to say that is at all relevant.
