First of all, please elaborate on some examples of "good" shows. We'll see whether or not you have the taste to be complaining here.

Anyways, I've found that the best ways to deal with Montana fans is to (in descending order of usefulness):

1. Ignore them, and let them watch whatever shitty show they want to watch. They have the right to.

2. Remind them that they are teenagers constantly whining about not being treated as "adults," yet they love a show specifically targeted towards a 5-12-ish demographic.
