When the Co$ is no longer tax-exempt in Britain, it will not draw quite so much money from its operations there. And since it's a cult designed to make its leaders rich, that's a victory for its opponents, like myself.

Let me see if I'm getting this straight. The Church of Scientology is tax-exempt. You don't like the Church of Scientology, ergo you petition the Government to end their tax-exempt status, and to extract money fromthem (taxation, or "theft").

No. Scientology has killed people, infiltrated United States Government offices, and taken over towns to make people opposed to them living there feel unwelcome.

So your using the Government to prosecute individuals and/or religious organisations you don't like?

Not really. He's using the government to prosecute already-illegal actions that he is morally opposed to (murder, extortion), that just happen to be committed by a for-profit entity operating under the guise of a tax-exempt religion.

Oh yeah, take money away from religeon and give it to Government.

You're more likely to be killed by Government than any religeous organisation.

I would say that's exactly what you're doing. There are proper methods to prosecute crimes, of which theft (or taxation) is not. The Church of Scientology's money is just that, their money. It does no harm to allow religeous nuts to keep their money. If there are crimes commited, then file charges against those suspected of being responsible.

By the way, YTMND links don't prove anything.

Actually, this petition is pointing out that the Cult of Scientology has committed actions that shouldn't be committed or even supported by a non-profit organization in the modern world, and that other non-profit organizations (including the Catholic Church, which committed such acts long ago but no longer supports them) have long since given up. The classification of Co$ as a religion is false, and prevents government interference into its actions. Justice would be served better if the whole world classified it as Germany does, as a cult whose primary objective is to make money. This would help to thwart their main objective, and to keep a government check on their activities, that another disaster like what happened to Lisa McPherson never happens again, or at least that Co$ can be brought to justice for it.

By the way, YTMND links don't prove anything.

The information in that particular YTMND is factual. If you choose to disbelieve, that is your choice, but it is fact, and has been researched.

I'm not going into a rant about how my god kicks your god's ass because a piece of paper told me so, but I have to ask you this Newgrounds, 4chan, and all of the fags of the internet who are reading:

I know so little of Scientology.
I'm looking up a Wiki entry right now.

I'm basically psuedo agonistic, religion means nothing to me, but I can still believe in some sort of "god" as you all would have it.

So when I'm faced, with something that fuses religion and physical reality, I don't know what to think but to research it further.

Is it because Scientology rejects all forms of religion that induct a mystical, immortal, allmighty entity as the supreme creator of it all?
Is that the sole reason everyone hates it?

Cause if so, well, I don't think my brain is strong enough to contemplate a selection of words to insult or defend such logic.

I guess my basic question is, to those who attack, debuff, reject, or loathe it with every fiber of your being...

Just what religion are you? And if so, what defines what is wrong and right to you?

Do you even make that choice?

Read her other post.

What about it? I was pointing out the fact that they are hurting people, many people, along with conning money and brainwashing their members.

I think we have a right to crush their cult and beliefs when they're harming people and taking advantage of them, it's obvious it's wrong.
