Shouldn't it just be like 3 or 4. More likely 3. Because 5 days is a long time. And it doesn't take very long to make something showing you atleast working on it a little.

I don't think I'm going to be able to complete my segment of this collaboration and am informing you of my withdrawal. I only recently got your messages after spending a little less time on NG, and I don't I'll have time to finish my piece, which really wasn't very good to begin with. Took a long ass time, the legs were the most difficult.

This is only rough, and there's also more that's gonna happen, but once the whole animation is done, I intend to go over and neaten it all up.

Yep, there's gonna be a background (possibly with some small extra animation in, like a few birds or clouds or something).

no, I havent yet, sorry. its still in a fairly early stage, but I wanted to portray pirates from the eyes of a little kid, so I did them cutesy, and as puppets, as indicated by the popsicle stick sort of thing jutting from their torsos :) I'll probably put the faces on another layer so they dont seem as lifeless, any suggestions Nog, Bertn?

It's a nice idea. I don't get quite what's going on with that hand bit, but I also agree that you should animate the faces.
