If I have seen the movie before and/or I know what is coming up I go to the bathroom or go get something to eat right before it happens to make it look like I missed the sex part to save the awkwardness on both our parts.
I don't watch many movies with my parents though so it isn't as much of a problem as it use to be. I either watch them in my room alone or over at a friends house/theater.
