I've seen that video a couple million times, but everytime I watch it I find it hilarious because that guy is such a cheap dipshit. All of the proof in the world points to him stealing jokes. He should just give up.

Well, these other undiscovered comedians are also making money off of stolen jokes. If I were a comedian and made a joke, yet someone stole it from me I might have been mad, however the joke I supposedly created couldve been used by an earlier comedian, so I would be stealing as well. There is no way to 100% confirm that a joke hasnt been made before.

First, undiscovered comedians are not making the kind of money Mencia makes.

Second, even if you made a joke and you didn't know it was already made, you would stop telling that joke when you found out it was stolen. Mencia doesn't do that. He knows other comedians have made the same jokes he makes. He just doesn't care.

Even if Carlos Mencia somehow doesn't steal jokes (even though I'm pretty sure he does) he can't tell a non racist joke to save his life.

A comedian without variety is just someone who should be making people laugh at their companies water cooler and nothing more.

He doesnt care, and nobody else cares if people cared then he wouldve been sued by now for plagarism, that hasnt happened yet, hes going to keep using the jokes.
You never know for sure how much the comedians are making.

1. People would see the confrontation, so there's no way either party could lie about what happened.
and 2. So that he could get his word out when the camera was rolling.
