Site loading very slow or not atall

My site The Fallen Arts is loading VERY slowly, or it just doesn't load at all. Can someone tell me the problem? It worked fine earlier.

Loads almost instantly for me, and I have a shitty ISP. Try clearing your cache and all that good stuff?

Hmmm... Yes, it does seem to work for me.

I guess clearing your cache is all you can do.
