it was easy, i just took a couple of lens flares on top of a black back ground and used a few filters, one was shear, polar coordinates, and just some more messing around.

wow, ya man i took a tutorial to make a snowman some bullet holes a name tag lighting effects and some other cold/hot effects.

Not bad, to me there just a bunch of filters though could you show us some artwork you've made?

I suggest you keep practicing with tutorials and then start creating your own stuff and post it. This isn't anything special.

All you did is draw a white laser line, and then use a blue outer glow effect. Then put the pic of the cat and the text. Don't need a tutorial for something that easy.

ya i'm really not that good at drawing, i am going to start getting better though, i am gonna start to paint and make some art.

i dont even think there is a tutorial for that...but it would explain the huge gap between the snowman and some of the other effects...
