forearms + other muscles, wonderful way is to do a dead hang, i.e. hang from a bar one handed for as long as you possibly can, then repeat.

for.. other part of arm, some back and chest muscles and shit, pull-ups (from dead hangs always). chin-ups. push up-s etc.

you can also do stomach muscles with pull-ups by bringing you're bottom part of body right up and trying to make stomach horizontal to ground etc.

i have no idea, but i find them 'fun' (is stomach classed as upper body?)

You want total upper body? Biceps? Chest?

For chest do some benches. Push-ups are the most effective, even though you don't want to do them. For abs, it's crunches. Hands down. Biceps would be curls. Remember, the burn is what makes it work. Also, at first you'll tone up. You won't notice huge muscle gain at first, but after a couple weeks, you'll start getting mass.

I think stomach is classified as one.... but I'm wanting more on the arms.

So basically just hang on to a bar with one hand for as long as possible?

Do it, whatever it is, for a couple of days and then take a break from exercising, so your newly torn muscles can heal.

Actually, it's more effective to lift one day, then take a break the next, then lift, then take a break.
I power-lift and I do upper-body one day, and legs the next. I give myself every Sunday off. It lets the muscles repair their small tears, and helps them heal quicker.

get a horizontal pole, about 10 cm higher than your arms can go above your head, and pull yourself up as many times as you can
but check it's secure and strong enough firsT:P

It really is too bad push-ups are the most boring exercise in existence.

Otherwise, I'd be pretty manly right about now.

No. You will end up over training.
The only way to put on muscle bulk is to join a gym. Go every second day for 45mins. Only focus on one muscle section per day

Actually, if you go every other day, and only work on one section a day, you'll end up tearing something and it will take more than a week to get in all upper body workouts. Do some curls and ab work on the same day. Even some tricep work. Combining like that is good for you.

Well, you can get wrist and finger muscle by playing video games for 3 hours a day and posting on newgrounds like I do. Or you can do exercises.

Lift some weights, I started with 20's when I was 13, then I moved onto 60's and 70's. They aren't very challenging, but their ok when you do alot.

Bench Press
Lat Pulls
Lat Rows
Bi/tricep Curls
Push ups
Pull ups
Military Press
Hang cleans
Flys

Etc and so on

You should run and work out your abs and lower body too though. You shouldn't ever only work out just one specific muscle group, unless it's for physical rehab or something.
