The stop motion vid on the front page at the mo prompted me to get my arse back in gear and revive my stop motion.
Question is how. Should each frame be imported into flash, or should the video be made in another program, exported and converted to a swf?
Cheers guys.

what you need to do is import the video file from your Stop animation program into Windows Movie Maker. Then once you've put all of the clips together, save the Windows Movie File. Then in flash, import that file and decide on the quality.
