Also as pertained due to ownership rights(which are quickly comming under fire here in the united states due to the riaa) a privately owned website may delete, modify, or change/alter a submission, or anything contained or hosted on their site as they see fit. no explanation needed. they didnt make money off your submission, they didnt do any harm with it, they merely decided they didnt want to host it. thats all they have to say about it in order for them to do what they want.

Yet, the voters saved both submissions. On one submission, the admins defend hosting it because their userbase wanted it to stay, freedom in artistic expression, etc. On another, they delete it.

Why?

I can't tell what you're getting at now. If you have a problem, you should've taken it out with Wade himself, but now you're complaining to us as if we care about you. Obviously, they're somewhat selective about deleting submissions, and leave it up to the public somewhat, and they weren't sure about the V-tech game because there were some people out there who actually wanted it to stay, as it was a full fledged flash game, whereas yours boiled down to nothing but a bunch of pictures of little girls.
