The arm sticking out is too long. So shorter arm or longer legs, it's up to you.

Anatomy wise, his legs are way too short, and his arms are too long.

ok the only thing i have to say is that you should practice hands and feet because they dont look right and probably the reason why you draw 1 hand in his pocket is because of that it is not that bad just check some anatomy websites there are tons

Now for a comment that isn't useless, the legs are way too short but I think your starting to get anatomy. The drawing is way too flat though, and you need to give it some more deph, work on these and you'll become way better.
