How do you know how mush his testical had swollen. Also it might have been mentioned, but you should've slapped "NSFW" on this title. Anyway I may draw a penis with a swollen testical sometime, just seems a bit weird, I'll have to coax myself into drawing it. I'll most likely use pencil and paper because no computer program is a substitute for good old paper and pencil.
