It's real tough, if not impossible, to actually stop someone from spamming once they're into it... They have to either change their own ways like yoshi77777 (now MiharuForever) did, or else you have to frustrate them so bad that they just give up and find somewhere else to troll. And they only way you can do that is by deleting their spam movies the moment they come into the Portal, and the only way to do that is to have an admin watching the Portal 24/7 on Troll Watch. The admins, of course, don't want to do that (they've even been known to find some share of the spam "funny" from time to time), and even if they did they have much better things to do than sit around in front of a computer constantly. Tom and Wade, at least, have families, maybe some of the other admins are married too, and the rest are busy... Um... Well, when they're not doing work for the site they're making cock jokes and bathroom humor, I guess.
