I'm not a big fan of that blocky, vectory style, but it's pretty well-assembled, I guess. I'm not sure what moptopzombie is getting at; I can definitely tell what's going on.

As for constructive criticism, I don't really like the eyes. If the pupils were black with some reflection values, it would bring the character to life, you know?

The basic character is definitely there, but it need more texture... Try adding some clothes, or reflexion on the helmet.

Erm. His body and items need structure.

Your picture is pretty hard to read, so you might want to define the shapes a little more.
The body looks a little like one mass, on the edge of being a blob.
You might want to move his shield a little, so we can see his pose better. And eyebrows help a lot.
