There's a reason we're not attracted to those genetically similar to us. It's our immune systems. They produce a smell that causes parents and siblings to smell bad and be unattractive to us.

You can't talk about wanting to have sex with a sister you don't have. Odds are if you did have one, there'd be a biological barrier (such as the immune system) stopping you from even considering incest.
