OMG! its another monarchist, just like me!
But seriously, fuck the donkeys and elephants. History shows that parties fall in and out of favor, and frankly, its time for a changing of the gaurd. This bipartisan bickering isn't helping anyone.

Vote for the Judgist party. Right now it's going to be me running for president, with FUNK as my vice.

I'm beginning to think that I'm the only one who likes Bush on Newgrounds. And as far as what adept omega said about forums being home to mostly intelligent people: hardly! It's a home to the most opinionated and annoyed ranters. That's why most people post in the first place.
But anyway, don't blame the gov for the economy, they can only pour money into the system. This is a capitalist economy, not a command economy. You want to help the economy? Buy things and invest. One man can't control your buying habits.
So yeah, I'd vote for him.

well, your post clearly shows that you're a typical conservative. 'when you've got no facts (which is constantly), call all the liberals stupid!'

I'm tired of all this profiling shit. I don't give a flying f_ck if conservatives share my view. I'm not part of some mass cult that is programmed what to say. I wish people would stop trying to sound so clever in designating who is liberal, conservative, etc.
I don't need any facts because I made no claims. That post was what I think.

oh really? you made no claims?

that sounds like a claim to me. the government CAN do more than post money into the system, so claiming that they can't is... well... claiming something. which's just what you said you didn't do.

Very well, I have erred in my writing. Perhaps I did make a claim. However, I would like to say that society has much more active control over the economy than the government. And while it is not completely Laiezz-fare (I probably spelled it wrong, even after bitching at you for separation.), citizens ultimately decide which companies succeed or fail, and how many goods are bought or sold. That is the jist of my statement. Excuse me for seemingly contradicting myself.
Oh, why bother to try and save face. Who the hell cares.

Anyway, as far as the intelligence of the general public on this forum, yes there are quite a few assholes but there are quite a few bright people as well. You just have to know where to look.

Wait, wait, wait....old enough? You? "Anti-bush"? You're just 13!!? Move aside, you're too young to understand politics.(No offense though, I would expect a name like anti-bush13 to come from a triskaidekaphobic Democrat or something...)
Now, people are being too hard on Bush. Think about it. What happened in 2001 in September? Who was the president then? Exactly. All the sh*t Bush has to pull together to keep the country safe. Look at Clinton. No president was worse. He was a puppet. And he was the one that GAVE these terrorists their weapons. The only human being worse than Bill Clinton is Hilary Clinton.
As for the Democratic candidates...they've already proven themselves the asses they are(not to offend Democrats, just making a logical statement). Sharpton especially. The only person that would vote for Sharpton is a guy I know named William. I'm excluding Sharpton because he has no mind and cannot correlate between his own name and "presidency", so I will sleep easier.
Third parties never have stood a chance, except for when the Republicans were. They haven't exactly made "breakthroughs" in their politics, so they will pretty much stay the same.
And don't blame the gov't for bad economy. Why? The words "government" and "economy" aren't the same thing. Think about what has HAPPENED during the Bush presidency and you might realize what I'm talking about.
In closing...yeah, I would vote for Bush again. And btw, before saying I'm only voting for Bush because I'm Texan, realize that A) I have no loyalty to a state, all of the states IN UNION function as a country, B) George W. Bush was born in Connecticut, and C) I haven't lived in TX forever, you know.

Hell no. HAve you seen what Bush has done to our country? He was supposed to give us huge tax cuts, yet, we have to pay for his 'War against terrorism.' And that costs about 1 billion a week. What's going to happen when we attack Korea? You figure it out...

So yeah, I'd vote for him.
Polls are unreliable. Just look at the graphs right before and after 9/11? What major change was there in the government policy other than increasing security and invading Afghanistan? All Bush really did in that case is what any good president would have done and his ratings go through the roof, which suggests that most people then forgot about what they had problems with a week before.
Plus, if people don't feel secure about the economy, they won't invest and buy much, and it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
