I just started playing the PC version of the game after only playing the Xbox 360 version before.

This. Also decided not to trade my Severed Head, as stated by Bahamut (my favourite dragon) it's a one time thing but you can still get unusuals.

I forgot to mention this the other day but I gave Degroot Keep a go and from what I experienced, the games were VERY QUICK! I know some of the melee maps I've played before such as Ringking are very small but for an official map I expected more. It's still a nice map but I prefer more enduring maps in TF2 for standard gameplay.

Thanks for taking my advice. It's a good thing you kept the Severed Head incase you regret trading it later on. Any promotional items I have are staying for good.

Oh my, hats everywhere for me...
- Traded a tosselcap for a trilby. Now I just have to figure out what to trade my bombing run for.
- Unboxed a Madame Dixie, so it can be fitted with my recently obtained stockbroker's scarf
- Finally got enough metals to craft a Familiar Fez. Now to start the process all over again with the other hats.

Yeah, I was astonished at the speed of the rounds as well.
Then again, it's 3 CP's right next to each other with no sentries, no sniping, no nothing.

I like it as well, I don't see why players are snobbing it so much.
Same goes to an even greater extent for the Brigade Helm.
Although let me just add for the record that Vintage hatlesses (yeah I know it's horrible, but 'hatless hats' is ridiculous as well) are pretty sought-after at the moment.

I am inclined to approve of your decision.
You know why?Because the Max Head, as soon as people started going nuts about it, was worth about 50$ on the "underground trade market".
Now it's worth 80, and you can get old Confetti unusuals for just 20, which means that this gap can only increase even more with time.

Well, the closest we have to sniping is Huntsman. But yeah, without sentries and Sniper's regular sniper rifle, it's easier to storm through the enemy base.

Couldn't agree more. To be honest I would like a higher number medal than a low one, no particular reason but I just would.

So, I wanted to say that when I return I will probably try the bear kit and try to be good at it although the idea of tanking damage with fists is really fun. I wonder if you can actively protect a sentry from rocketspam.

Baker Boy - Had this for a long time. Am considering trading it for another scout hat.
Green Belt - Renamed and recolored after my High School.
Ze Goggles - Pretty new. Want a Vintage Tyrolean for it.

Pink Pyro Beanie - Love it. Goes great with earbuds, not pictured.

I use the Earbuds with every class except for the Medic, Soldier and Demo. The Demoman wears the Bounty Hat.

'Earning' is crafting 4 refined and a class token for a hat, which I did the other day.

I guess Valve just prefers my methods.

So, after all I have a mobile internet, because I moved and I must wait until they move the connection too. What angers me is that I can play internet games like Black Ops, but I cannot play tf2 because servers kick me when I have more than 150 ping although I play fine.

I made an interesting gamble last night. I admit that crafting two hats for a new hat isn't a good idea these days but I ended up getting a Dome Shine via drop and I had a spare Prussian Pickelhaube so I thought I'd craft the two hats to see what I get. The outcome was Defiant Spartan. Not a bad gamble at all since the Spartan is more sought for than the other two. Well, I'm sure it is anyway.

Yes, I was very annoyed recently, my hat collection at that point consisted of a napper's respite, and a stainless pot (I'm not counting saxton etc.) and I was given another stainless pot for a direct hit. (I may have gotten the better end of that trade) and crafted the two pots together. Guess what I got? That's right, the law that dictates I have shit luck gave me anither nappers. I cut my loses, and hgave away the 2nd napper's, and the first one I now traded for a sombrero, which is 2 thirds of my migrant worker pyro loadout. Also, I earlier traded a Buffalo steakvich for a purple pyromancer (It looks great with paint). Again, I may have gotten a good deal.

Just a question. The fact that here on NG I see every picture with crappy quality and I get the notification to press Shift + R to enhance it happens because I have crappy internet( for now) or its something else?
