I have to say, the last bunch of hats is probably the best-looking since the second hat update (the one that included the T.Helm, Brigade, Ushanka etc.)

I unboxed the jag with my free Christmas key. Pretty good weapon so far but if there are a lot of spies I don't like sacrificing damage for construction speed.

I'll tell you this much, I don't listen to market price. I pay what I think something is worth. For example with this I traded a Vintage Safe 'N' Sound and a Hard Counter for it.

I dunno man..demos and soldiers were able to kill you really easily before as well..
I mean, the difference between really slow and sluggish is not that big if you think about it.

I really don't see the point of the 30% damage bonus.I really don't.The Heavy should almost never use his melee...HP is much more important than damage in this case, yes, even with the steak minicrit boost.

You and everyone else. The weapons individually aren't too bad - The Brass Beast is brilliant on defence apparently, and the Steak + Bear claws make a pretty good combo, what with the extra melee damage.

The ridiculous part is the set bonus. 5% critical resistance? Any positive aspect this could possibly have is cancelled out by the -20 HP that equipping the bear claws forces you with. You can't survive fully powered headshot with it, and in most cases, the crit resistance isn't going to do much at all.

Honestly, I think the bonus should be upgraded to something like 20% crit resistance; it might actually be worth using then.

Also, turns out Fists of Steel is an awesome weapon for just tanking damage. I was getting really annoyed earlier today, when I couldn't destroy a Sentry since one heavy kept sitting in front of the sentry, taking all my rockets, and then healing from the dispenser.

It's an interesting way to help out your engineers should they be killed or need to go searching for metal/building teleporters.

Why? There isn't anything wrong or unfair about them, particularly the new ones where the hat isn't required. It's another style of playing, just like any of the unlockables.
