That post + your St. Pat's day icon = lol

I wish Valve did something for St. Patrick's Day as well. Just a leprechaun hat would have been enough to make me happy. Although, a map dedicated to this day would be awesome.

COME ON VALVE, DO IT!

lol happy saint patricks day:D
Also, I wanted to say that I was bored of tf2 once and I just quit tf2 for a month. Then I had the urge to play it again so win.
Also, I hope for an update to decrease the crafting amounts for anything. It is ridiculus how much you need for a hat. After gathering all my items I have on refined metal(the 3rd level metal anyway)
and by that rate I need 4 months x4 to craft a hat:(

Yeah, the crafting rate is really obscene.
By the way, why aren't you answering on Steam? You're supposed to be online >:

I am online but when you get online I mostly play medieval and other stuff that do not stack with steam:(
Also, a good engi unlock in my opinion would be a long range sentry that automatically locks an enemy from whatever range and then you either press right click for a quick weak shot, or you hold right click and release and the more you hold, the better the range and damage. This will surely make the engie not just turtling but trying to protect his sentry for multiple enemies(it should give him +25 hp though for better defence).

no. Because by enabling this method, the engy will have to wait around his sentry so he can shoot enemies, as well as taking away the sentry's ability to auto lock and shoot. The problem of turtling will actually be increased ...

I know it sounds dumb, but did you:
-Kill them with fire WHILE they were taunting, not after?
-Check if the server has HLSTATSX enabled?
If you answered yes to both questions, send a bug report to VALVe.

I am sure it is not broken, something tricky is happening or they died a second after fininshed taunting.

Well that's a disappointment. Maybe something extra special for April Fools or even the next update really soon?

Pretty please with a cherry on top Valve. That will get me right back to TF2 this instant after a few weeks break.

Well, a massive joke would be pretty hard to create, but I guess that if they've bene preparing it they might pull something cool off...

I hated them was i was too new to figure out how to take out a sentry gun. I honestly like how they can get pretty intense and when you have people who are good strategic engineers on both teams it can be a real challenge.

They are so many people though that join and instantly bitch at the host instead of joining another game, i mean without people being spawn camp. I get tired of regular games all the time, so why do some people have such a major stick up their ass about one class only games?

Uh...all engineer matches? How the heck are you supposed to take down a single SG as an Engie? You just can't, it's impossible.
You NEED at least one medic/spy to do the job, and they probably won't be enough to prevent you from getting assraped by 6 sentries :/

Halt!Community items and avatars only...it would be too messed up if the community was involved in weapon-making..

Wepon? Looks at previous post to that.

Aparently the pyro gets a Sledgehammer that damages +100% buildings but -25% players.

Aaaah, I get it, you can now get new models for old weapons...well, that's strange because the TF2 team never mentioned that...anyway, it's definitely a pleasant surprise.

No, it's a new weapon. The one in linkinpatt's image is called The Pain Train, and it's a new melee weapon for the Soldier and Demoman - it ups your cap rate to that of a scout, and but means you take 10% more bullet damage.

There's also a sledgehammer called The Homewrecker for the Pyro, which does -25% damage on people, but +100% damage against buildings.

Finally, there's a new chocolate bar for the Heavy, which replaces the Sandvich. It gives the Heavy an extra 50 max health for 30 seconds. If that buff is overhealed, we're gonna be seeing 525 health Heavies around, which will be painful to say the least.

Also, there's a whole host of pimpin' new hats.

All the items are in the link ironraven24 posted if you want a closer look.

Incorrect. Weapons have different buffs and nerfs.
The Pain Train, the funky looking pickaxe there, can allow 2x capture rate for the soli or demo, like a Scout, but +10% to bullets.
