Alright, this is TOO weird. When I try to open tf2 and ANy other steam game, I receive a notification saying, the game is currently unavailable next time. Please try again later. All the time. Why this happens?

Well, this is for the lolz. My STEAM.exe dissapeared, and reappeared and now my mods are gone and I have to install again all my STEAM games. I merely ask, WHY THE HECK THIS HAPPENED?

I just had an idea for the Item Crafting system.
You insert an item (eg Sandman). Sandman is a lvl 15 bat.
You simply gamble for hats. Level 15 = 15% chance of receiving a hat by giving a sandman.
Maybe they will use different levels again. Level 80 sandviches, level 45 backburners etc.
Level = chance in %
Scout Item = Scout Hat
Seems fair to me.

Nope, this is never going to happen. The Overhealer is just way too overpowered. You can just overheal a whole team at the start of the match, and they'll just dominate. Seriously, Heavies with 600 health that doesn't decay?

Whoa there, the Beta Overhealer heals to 150% like any other Medigun, and it's heal rate is 50%. This means you can heal the entire team to 150%, but you can't be a pocket medic since you don't heal anywhere near fast enough.

and the Gloves of Running Urgently when we get those.
Yes, this is urgently needed. Personally I'd probably welcome the change if they removed the crit effect with the KGB, and gave you the speed boost when armed with them.

Although the HP debuff that comes along with it is a bit steep. (-100 HP or -6HP/s while in use)

With 100 slots, Dupes will have to be for something.
Well, that much we know. Trading etc, is but one avenue that's expected to come from all these. Hopefully Valve will let us know soon.

It's been too long though.

Get the Orange Box instead of just TF2. It's cheap ass hell nowadays and worth it.

Not according to tf2Wiki.

"The first Medic unlock, for example, is called the Overhealer. Instead of temporarily buffing people's health to 50 percent above their normal maximum, it permanently boosts them to double their standard health. The downside is that it'll be dramatically worse at building ÜberCharge - in fact, Valve are toying with not letting it Uber at all."

Although the HP debuff that comes along with it is a bit steep. (-100 HP or -6HP/s while in use)

Yeah, that it is. If you have a good Medic with you, the -6 HP/s shouldn't be too bad, since you can both run to the front lines, then before you jump into the fight, switch to the Minigun/shotgun/sandvich and heal. The reason it has to have something like this is because otherwise people will run around meleeing all the time. I don't think that the Melee damage should be reduced if you're going to lose health as well. One or the other would be better I think.

You were talking about the 'new' overhealer. I dunno, but it sounds like a shitty unlockable to me... 180 HP scouts running around all the time doesn't really appeal to me.

Lol. I can't believe I hadn't seen that before, what with all the awards it has. A good laugh, anyway.

Also, I think I've been converted... I'm sticking to the original Syringe Gun from now on. That boost to your native healing, while it doesn't seem like much, is so good it's insane. I was playing a ctf_turbine match, and managed to cap the intel 3 times just due to that healing, and some good dodging (and with some help from a soldier, but I generally ran the intel back to base by myself).

The blutsauger is really only better if your opponent has already managed to kill your teammate, and you're left fending for yourself. Otherwise though, the Syringe Gun is much better (I find).

You may be right, but the blutsauger is the best for W+M1 pyros, and do not forget that while you are in action you drain MUCH health with the blutsauger. In my opinion, and ask HeavyTank too, the medic would be perfect if he was using a Phoenix Medi-Gun(the medigun from resistance 2). It is a nice thingie with a lazer that damages enemies and drains health from them. Then, you use this health as a rocket who heals teammates by MUCH health who are in its blast radious. Would it be good?
What do you think guys?

It is good for W+M1 pyros, but really, if you're draining "MUCH health" while you're in the action, you're not being a particularly good medic, since you should be healing your team instead of going nuts with the Blutsauger.

Oh yeah, as for this, it looks like certain fonts/images to do with the UI haven't downloaded/installed properly. Try verifying the integrity of the cache, and if that still doesn't work, re-download it again.

180? Try 140.

Yeah, and the Blutsauger doesn't do much for me right now. I'm more of a "I'm healing you, get in there" kinda Medic. And 30 damage from burns over 10 seconds is much better than 60. Not to mention that the Kritz taunt means you don't have to worry about burning to death while you're safe from enemy fire.

Heads up. There is a guy trolling people using the Steam Group (and for once it isn't TacoFreak).

He'll offer you RE5 for free if you follow a link. The link, according to my research redirects you onto a webhost page, which has been used by Twitter Pornbots to try and scam and cause damage to the user.

So if Sammah tries to get you to click the link - DO NOT! No such thing as a free PC game (outside of Freeware and Open Source, obviously), especially a Triple A title like that.

This is a Prime piece of real estate below.

I love those sigs you made Paradox. Could you make a scout sig for me, and replace the text with my steam username? (Excluding the .: and :.)

If you could also include those fancy o's in Kooper in there too aswell, I can't type it and show you now because I'm using a public PC to type this, and I'm hopeless with ALT codes.

THANKS

THERE IS NO MORE TO SAY.

When you have the crit thing from the Blutsauger can sentry guns still hit you? I'd imagine they couldn't because that'd make it a bit pointless, though the other team can still kill you.

From now on I'm sticking with the normal Medigun and the syringe gun by the way.

That's only if they're faggots that use the sandman. 125 * 1.5 = 187.5 which will probably round to 185 or 190 health. :P

Yeah sure thing. If you want a better scout image though, send me a link to one, since that's the best I could find, going with the general theme of semi-realistic to ingame graphics, rather than straight-out cartoon. If you could tell me the alt-code for those Os as well, that would help.

I dunno how to make those weird Os, so I just used the TF2 logo instead. Also used the original image, but I can fix it up for you with something different if you want.

Also, these false updates are win.
..oh, and the Sandman is getting more and more annoying..I don't know why..maybe it's because the lower health of the scout doesn't affect the fact that he can still paralyse you and shoot you to death before you can react...

what crit thing from the blutsauger? I guess you mean the medigun, not the actual crits from the blutsauger, or that would just make no sense. The kritzkrieg is a much more superior weapon imo. If you have a friend who knows how to use it, you can rape the entire enemy.
There's almost never a sentry gun that covers every imaginable shooting spot, so the regular uber kind of becomes pointless for me.
