Try it next time you're in game, its the more violent way of suiciding. I do it all the time 3 seconds before my team loses so i die with dignity and get a laugh out of it.

Pretty good run tonight against Paradox and Racker. First round when I was on their side I probably did my best job at being Engi to date, with 70+ kills and 8 deaths at the Victory. After the new game begun I was automagically assigned to blu, getting my ass fucked over by the duo. In the second game I decided to drop the hard hat and go on crazy thoughtless death-runs as a scout, bringing my final score to 40 kills and 88 deaths.

It's a hard choice really, lots of kills, little deaths, but insane boredom, in comparison to lots of kills, thousands of deaths and nemisis', but excitement and senseless thinking.

FurryDemon was there too, though I dunno if you've added each other yet. But yeah, it was fun. Racker (aka SpeedMetalSandwich) didn't have any sound for some reason, which made communication a little difficult.

I also did some epic work as Spy - probably the best I've done in a LONG time as that class.

Meh, l just try to hide in smart places and watch as my enemies run past me...you know, the enemy team rushes mercilessly at the spawn so they don't pay attention to their surroundings...if, however, you want to piss off your enemies you can taunt in front of them (while having the console command ready) and BOOM!Off you go.

Indeed, after l got bored with the training l created a medic fountain (in the pic), a heavy mass assault, a soldier rocket barrage (if you crouch you can see the rockets above you without getting splattered) and scout mass bonk "need a dispensa he" rush.
This map is epic fun.Only remember to TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN when you command all the bots to attack...

I tried idling for 3 nights and got all the same crap I already had. Another guy I know has been idling for weeks now and didn't get any hats at all. I think Valve is going to redo this hat system long before you can get a few hats by idling.

Yeah that happened to me yesterday with the engie, he was holding the pistol in a way that the bullets would normally go sideways but they were going straight!
It's funny as hell..
Also, yesterday l tried idling but l didn't want to die constantly so l built a dispenser near me and opoened the Steam Web Browser. so that l could repair my dispenser when some bum was trying to destroy it..of course we ended up having a tauntkill fight but that's another story...
I heard that the chance to get a hat is 1% for 800 hours of gameplay...l dunno, l could even believe it since l NEVER EVER saw someone getting a hat...
IMO there should be a system that ups the chance of getting a hat by calculating your points per minute or something, like crits, you know?
If you are a good player you have a better chance of getting a hat...and also, put in a fucking trade systeam so that players with doubles can trade hats and/or items.
Also, fun timez.

Probability calculation sez: You get a hat every 15.6 days of idling assuming you idle 24/7 and also assuming that the probability of a hat drop hasn't changed since new hats were added.

Soldier is my least played class, but hats really makes you want to play certain classes.

Well, I was playing koth_nucleus on Maget Engie when I found it. We have a tradition there. First, everybody calls me names and then the admin kicks me. After that, you rejoin and get drugged. But they do that with everyone over there. And since I also found Master's Yellow Belt a day earlier Ben was raging. Hard.

A couple of days ago EVD decided to run the Random hat mod on Maget Engie. Everybody could select 3 hats to wear on any class and you could change as often as you wanted. For example, I ran around as Scout with Ye Olde Baker's Boy, Smith's Sunglasses (which isn't a official hat) and a fake Razorback.
The Camera Beard looks decent, a classic pedophile beard.
